The Pegas #11 Scroll Band Saw Blade, at 5/64″ (1.80mm) comes in slightly smaller than the #12 blade, but the tooth size and configuration makes it a better blade for gradual curves in thick wood. It can’t cut corners as tight as the #12, but it cuts faster. You can use this blade with the universal bearing that comes with the machine in the #12 blade slot.
